The Residence at The Commercial Hotel Dubbo is one of only a few all-inclusive function and events spaces in Dubbo. When you book The Residence for a function or event, you and your group will enjoy use of your own private bar which comes with a designated, experienced bartender. Your group will additionally have exclusive use of private bathroom facilities situated in The Residence and the option to book the ever popular Beer Garden adjoining The Residence to take your event from 120 people to 180 people cocktail style.
For functions and events of smaller groups, there is also the ability to reserve areas within The Commercial Hotel. When reserving these areas within The Commercial Hotel you will still have to ability to select menu items and beverage options from our events packages.
The functions and events menu’s are all inspired by the seasonal bistro menu found in the pub and offer event organisers the ability to really create a bespoke food experience for their guests. Menu’s include, sit down shared banquets, 2 or 3 course alternate drop options, canapes, food stations, brunches and barbecues. If you are looking for something in particular that our packages don’t include, our Head Chef will gladly work with you to ensure your menu is everything you hoped it to be.
To take your event to the next level the Commercial Hotel’s Events Specialist will assist you in making your function or event memorable by recommending specially curated experiences for you and your guests. Experiences include but are not limited to flower crown making, bottomless brunches, poker nights and cocktail masterclasses.
